This week's Follower of the Week is Molly Munson. Molly is one of Jennie's best friends. They've known each other for almost 11 years, since 9th grade English, when Molly would share her baggie of goldfish everyday with Jennie as a snack during class. This year Molly started a blog about her One Hundred List, and although she's not yet at 100 things, she's still an inspiration. Here's a few words from this awesome Minnesotan...Q: When did you write your One Hundred List?
A: I started my 100 list (well I am really only at 80 ideas so far) the end of April. It was prompted due to my quarter life crisis. My 25th birthday was slowly creeping up and I felt like I had not accomplished as much as I thought I would by the time I turned 25.
Q: Was it difficult to create it?
A: YES! Mainly because I am a homebody and do not really enjoy traveling as much as others. I like the comfort of my own house, my boyfriend and my dog. If I liked traveling I bet I could ad another 20 things to my list! However, I don't think that because I am lacking a few items my list is not complete....I'm leaving it open for other ideas that might arise when I am working towards another goal
Q: Tell us a funny story regarding something you've done on your list.
A: Two words: Keg Stand. Yes, one of my goals was to do a keg stand! I feel like every person should do that at least once in their life. Since I didn't do it in college and I had the opportunity this year, I thought, why not? There are great pics of me preparing to do my keg stand - looking like I was going to cry - and me actually doing the keg stand while turning bright red. Not really funny but not your typical 100 list experience.
A: It is a tie between skydiving and making my own wine. I am a wino at heart! I wonder if I can combine the two and drink my homemade wine before I go skydiving - do they allow that?
A: Thanks Jennie for making me Follower of the Week and letting me copy you and your friend's blog! Whoop Whoop MINNESOTA!!
Thanks Molly for your enthusiastic answers! Look forward to seeing the 20 more things you come up with!
We have been friends for that long?? Crazy...but I still do love me some goldfish - some things never change.
