Canlis is a fancy restaurant in Seattle that I have always wanted to go to. I went there one time to interview the event planner, but I've never eaten there.
Well, Tristan and I are going to celebrate our three year anniversary in a couple of weeks, and I just made a reservation at Canlis for our anniversary.
I know that a lot of my stuff is about things I'm going to be doing, but there will be more to come, promise.
