Anyways, we didn't really ask her any specific questions but basically wanted to find out more about her dreams and aspirations for her future. Here is her fabulous response. Enjoy!
"Well first off I would like to say that I think your blog is very inspirational, and upon first learning of it I started making my own list. I haven't been as diligent as you girls about checking things off of course, but it was interesting just to go through the process of making the list and really thinking about what I want in life. It was funny, as I was typing it out I actually thought, "Wow, i could do this stuff, I should do it!" I guess I hadn't really thought about it before, which seems silly. But success starts with knowing what you want, so I have you ladies to thank for that realization, thank you :) The disappointing part is that shortly after I made the list my computer crashed and I lost everything, perhaps I should add "becoming a prepared and responsible individual that backs up their hard drive data" to the list. A boring yet attainable goal. In the mean time, as I'm working toward that one, I can start re-building the list (I think I might go old school and hand write it this time). In the last few years I have experienced 2 of the greatest things in my life. In 2008 I graduated from an intensive apparel design program that tested my strength and patience on every level over the course of the 2 year program. To this day I'm quite amazed that I completed the goal that I set out to achieve. It is one thing that I've done in my life that I am really proud of, and that has given me confidence in myself and a variety of skills. The other is more recent, and that would be marrying my best friend and love of 9 years. I don't know if most women would wait so long, but I'm glad I did! Looking forward to the future, there are so many things that I hope to do but I would have to say 5 that I hope to do in the next few years are (and not necessarily in this order):
1. Start my own creative business (I haven't decided what yet, but I've got lots of ideas!)
2. Learn to paint.
3. Become a mother.
4. Take latin and ballroom dance lessons.
5. Write a children's book."
Yay! Thanks Crystal! Hope you all have a great week :) I have a few more days to finish mine up for this month... Stay tuned... -Mykell
