Back to the present... yesterday my apartment mate came home from work and asked if I wanted to go for a run. To her shock... I actually said yes. I figured I needed to start working on my endurance (or something like that). So we ran about 4 miles (I think). I did pretty well the first half, but was breathing pretty hard at the end. As for the amount of time it took us to run the 4ish miles... I don't exactly know... but I do know that I am pretty sore today.
Oh... and I can't wait for tomorrow... since typically the second day is the worst for soreness.
